Bar With Me ("we," "us") is a mobile coffee and matcha cart based in New York City. This policy explains what information we collect through barwithme.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send an event inquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company or agency, the event date, start time, service length, address, guest count, the options you select, and anything you write in the notes field.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may record standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To plan and deliver your event if you book with us.
• To keep records of our client relationships and comply with tax and legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and they process information only on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• HoneyBook — our client management platform, where we prepare proposals, contracts and invoices.
• Email providers — to correspond with you.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to view, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing booking@barwithme.co. We will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights under their state's privacy law; contact us to exercise them.

Photos and client names

Our site shows photos from past events and the names of clients we have worked with. If you are a past client and would prefer your name or images not appear, email us and we will remove them.

Children

This site is intended for adults and business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
